Il timore del precariato però può spesso essere sintomo di un'impostazione errata del problema. Precariato del lavoro non ha senso senza un mercato del lavoro flessibile. In Italia siamo ancora distanti dal raggiungerlo e, sembrerà strano, non è soltanto per colpa di Berlusconi. ma la paura deriva anche da un'educazione culturale che ci ha abituati al mito del posto fisso e garantito da tutti e tutto. Credo si possa migliorare il sistema della flessibilità del lavoro e dei contratti, ma non credo si possa sperare di continuare ancora per molto con il mito del posto fisso. Ma questo è solo un mio pensiero.

infatti non credo a chi dice che il problema è cominciato con il lavoro interinale,che almeno ha regolato una situazione esistente. e nemmeno si può semplicemente cancellare la legge trenta. Ma è ora di pensare a qualche tutela, non solo per il datore di lavoro!

E' vero che il mito del posto fisso rischia di essere un po' un'illusione, così come mi sembra importante non confondere flessibilità con precarietà...ma la preoccupazione è per tutti quei giovani a bassa scolarità, che saltellano da un lavoretto ad un altro senza crearsi una professionalità da spendere, perchè per essere flessibili realmente bisogna avere gli strumenti per saper reggere i passaggi da un lavoro all'altro, i tempi di lavoro e non lavoro...

...forse bisognerebbe investire maggiormente nella formazione continua dei lavoratori, in tutele che prevedano indennizzi per i tempi di non lavoro....inserire nella legge 30 la parte della tutela dei lavoratori (come dice bene Monica)...perchè a parte tutto le persone nella vita anche bisogno di qualche piccola certezza per progettare il loro futuro...
